Note: These amounts are from the government order of 15.02.2024, which applies the increase from financial year 2024-25. Stage 6 is for admission to a diploma of two years or more, or to graduation, after passing Class 10 or Class 12, not only Class 12. The birth stage gained the most in rupees, ₹3,000, and the second stage doubled. Each stage releases its share of the ₹25,000 total directly via DBT once you submit proof of that milestone, a fresh birth certificate at stage 1, vaccination records at stage 2, school admission proof for stages 3-5, and a college/diploma admission letter for the final stage.
