MP Police SI Subedar 2026 Result – Merit List

MPESB has declared the final result for the Subedar and Sub-Inspector Recruitment Test 2025, combining written exam marks with PPT and interview scores. The result was released on 6 July 2026 and covers 436 posts across Subedar, Sub-Inspector (SAF), and Sub-Inspector (DEF) cadres.

This final result comes after the written Mains exam result, which MPESB had already declared on 18 May 2026. Based on that written result, the Police Department conducted the Physical Proficiency Test and interview, and MPESB has now combined all of it into this final merit list.

MPESB has clarified that this batch covers 87% of category-quota seats plus the OBC seats already resolved. The remaining 13% of OBC-reserved seats are pending a separate process and will be announced later. So while 436 posts appear in this result, it isn’t the complete final vacancy count for the whole recruitment.

3. Enter your application number and date of birth on the lookup page.
4. Submit to view your individual scorecard or result status.

A few sub-categories, mainly in the sports quota, show no cutoff because no candidates qualified there; MPESB has converted those specific seats to the open/unreserved category.

What Happens Next

MPESB will hand over this result, in both soft and hard copy, to the Police Department. The department will then re-verify candidates’ eligibility and documents before proceeding with posting. MPESB’s result note doesn’t mention a specific date for document verification or posting, so candidates should watch for updates directly from the Police Department rather than expecting a fixed timeline from MPESB.
