How to download the RRB ALP CBT 2 admit card

The hall ticket is issued through the same regional RRB login used for the exam city slip — there’s no separate portal for CBT 2 specifically.

1. Open the official RRB Digialm candidate login for your region.
2. Enter your registration number and password, or date of birth if that’s what you registered with.
3. Complete the captcha and submit.
4. Download and save the admit card, then take a clear printout.
5. If it doesn’t load, retry from rrbapply.gov.in’s application status section instead of a copied link.

What the CBT 2 admit card shows — and what to carry

Beyond the exam date, shift and reporting time, the admit card carries the exact centre address and a photo/signature match used for verification at the gate. Carry a printed copy along with one original photo ID that matches the name on your application — Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID or passport all work. Reach the centre well before the reporting time; RRB centres are strict about entry cut-offs once a shift’s gate closes, and a late arrival isn’t reconsidered on the day.

RRB ALP CBT 2 exam pattern — what’s actually being tested

CBT 2 runs longer and heavier than CBT 1. Part A has 100 questions across Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, and Basic Science and Engineering, to be finished in 90 minutes — these marks carry forward into your final selection. Part B follows separately with 75 trade-related questions in 60 minutes; it’s qualifying only, so you need at least 35% here, but the score itself doesn’t add to your merit ranking. The final list is built on equal 50-50 weightage between CBT 2 Part A and the Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) that comes after, so treat Part A as the score that actually decides where you stand, not Part B.

If the page hangs or shows a blank screen, it’s usually a cached session rather than a rejected application — clear the browser cache or switch to incognito mode before trying again. If your name, photo, or exam city on the admit card doesn’t match your application, raise it with the RRB helpline immediately rather than waiting until exam day; corrections at the centre itself are not possible.
