The unreserved cut-off was the 95.16 percentile. AIIMS says the Stage II admit card comes on 26.09.2026. Stage I only decides who moves on; the rank comes from the 30 September paper.

Stage I result and cut-off
The cut-offs are from the last page of Result Notification No. 276/2026. AIIMS gives only the overall total, so the category counts below were counted row by row from its list of 12,638 roll numbers, and they add up to its total. The call-up rate is against applications, because the notice gives no category-wise attendance.

Clearing the qualifying percentile was not enough. 55,967 cleared it, but only five times the seats in each category were called, so the real bar sat far above the 50, 45 and 40 percentile floors in the rules below.
Stage I and Stage II exam pattern
Both papers lock each section on a timer. Once a section closes you cannot go back to it.

Who reaches Stage II and who qualifies
Stage I uses percentiles and Stage II uses percentage marks. The two cut-offs work differently.
