Haryana Court Clerk 2026 Admit Card – current status

The Haryana Court Clerk 2026 admit card has not been released. Applications for the 1265 Clerk posts (Advt. 36C/SSSC/HR/2026) are open till 23 June 2026, and S.S.S.C. has not yet announced the written exam date. How to download (once released)

1. Open sssc.gov.in and go to the notice board or the Clerk (Subordinate Courts of Haryana) recruitment page.
2. Click the admit card link for Advt. 36C/SSSC/HR/2026.
3. Log in with your registration number and date of birth or password.
4. Check your name, photo, exam centre and shift, then download and print two copies.

S.S.S.C. sends updates by SMS and email on your registered contacts, so keep an eye on both, including the spam folder. The society has specifically warned that missing an update because you did not check the website is your responsibility.

Common download problems and fixes

• Forgot your registration number? It is in the confirmation email and SMS sent when you submitted the form. The portal also has a recovery option using your email and date of birth.
• Photo or signature looks wrong on the admit card? Email the S.S.S.C. helpdesk immediately with your registration details. Carry the same photo you uploaded plus a government ID on exam day regardless.
• Server slow on release day? Mornings around 8–9 AM are usually lighter than evenings. The link stays live till the exam, so a few hours’ wait costs nothing.
• Name spelling mismatch with your ID? Minor spelling differences are normally accepted with a self-declaration, but a different name altogether is not. Get it corrected before exam day.

Exam day rules worth knowing in advance

The CBT includes a typed English section, so you will be at the computer for the full two hours. Rough sheets are provided at the centre. Biometric verification happens at entry and the photo on your admit card must match your face — avoid drastic appearance changes between the application photo and exam day. Candidates found with any electronic device, even switched off, face cancellation of candidature for this and future S.S.S.C. recruitments.

What to carry on exam day

• Printed admit card
• One original photo ID: Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, voter card or passport
• Two passport-size photos, same as the one uploaded in the form

Phones, smart watches, calculators and any electronic device are banned inside the centre. Reach at least 45 minutes before the reporting time, since biometric checks queue up fast at big centres.
