Exam Pattern
JEECUP is a Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted in multiple shifts. The paper has 100 multiple choice questions for 400 marks. Each correct answer carries 4 marks and each wrong answer deducts 1 mark. For Group A (Engineering), subjects are Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Other groups have subject-specific papers based on the course applied for.
Counselling Process
After the result, UP Joint Entrance Examination Council conducts online counselling in multiple rounds. Candidates need to register for counselling, lock their choices, and pay the counselling fee. Seat allotment is done on the basis of rank and preference. Candidates should carry original documents for physical verification at the allotted institute.
