Eligibility
- Girl child born in Bihar to parents domiciled in Bihar
- No income or caste restriction — all categories eligible
- For graduation incentive (₹25,000): girl must be unmarried at the time of graduation and have passed from a recognised Bihar university
- Applicable to girls who passed graduation in 2021-22 and onwards
How to Apply for Graduation Incentive
- Visit medhasoft.bih.nic.in
- Register with your roll number, registration number, and Aadhaar
- Enter bank account details
- Submit the application — amount directly credited after verification

- Aadhaar card of the girl
- Bank account details (in girl’s name)
- Graduation marksheet and certificate
- Unmarried status declaration
- Birth registration certificate (for birth-stage benefit)
