RRB Paramedical 2026 apply online opened on 15.09.2026 under CEN 05/2026 and closes on 14.10.2026 at 23:59. The Railway Recruitment Boards are filling 590 posts across nine paramedical categories, and every applicant chooses a single RRB.
Most of these jobs are for nurses. Nursing Superintendent has 365 of the 590 vacancies, at pay Level 7 with an upper age limit of 40. If you hold a D.Pharm, check Annexure A before paying the fee: the Pharmacist post asks for a B.Pharm or Pharm.D plus registration under the Pharmacy Act.

CBT pattern and where the vacancies sit
There is one computer based test and no second stage. After the CBT, the boards call only as many candidates as there are vacancies for document verification, so there’s no extra pool at that stage. The notice does let RRBs go further down the merit list if posts are left unfilled.

- Go to rrbapply.gov.in and log in. Create an account only if you don’t have one from an earlier CEN, because the mobile number and email can’t be changed later.
- Verify your identity through DigiLocker or Aadhaar while creating the account. The notice warns that people using other photo IDs get stricter checks at every stage.
- Pick your RRB carefully, since you get only one. Then list your posts and railway zones in the order you want them.
- Pay Rs.500 or Rs.250 by 16.10.2026, and link Aadhaar to the bank account where you want the refund.
- Submit before 23:59 on 14.10.2026. Corrections are possible only between 17.10.2026 and 26.10.2026, and they cost extra.
