- Visit rrbapply.gov.in or your regional RRB website
- Click on the “CEN 01/2026 — CBT-1 Result” link
- Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth
- Your raw marks, normalised marks, and shortlisting status (Shortlisted for CBT-2 / Not Shortlisted) will appear

Understanding the Selection Funnel
1,60,014 candidates have been shortlisted from CBT-1 for CBT-2 (roughly 15 times the vacancies per zone and category). From CBT-2, around 25 times the vacancies will be shortlisted for CBAT based on CBT-2 Part A merit. The final merit list is calculated as 50% of CBT-2 Part A marks plus 50% of CBAT score. CBT-2 Part B is only qualifying in nature, so its marks aren’t added to the final merit.
Documents Needed at Document Verification Stage
- Matriculation/SSLC certificate and marksheet
- ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT) or Diploma/Engineering certificate and marksheets
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) — recently issued, in prescribed format
- Age proof (birth certificate or Matric certificate)
- Domicile/nativity certificate if applicable
- PwBD/Ex-Servicemen certificate if applicable
- Aadhaar card and 5 passport-size photographs
