Key Conditions
- Applies to domestic metered connections with PSPCL only
- One connection per household — if you have two connections, subsidy on one only
- If consumption exceeds 300 units in a month, entire bill is payable at normal tariff (no partial subsidy)
- Commercial, industrial, and agricultural connections are not covered
- Smart meter users also eligible — subsidy reflected in billing automatically
No Registration Needed
This subsidy is automatic. If you are a PSPCL domestic consumer and your monthly consumption is within 300 units, your bill will show zero payable. Check your bill at pspcl.in or through the PSPCL mobile app.
For New PSPCL Connection
New connections can be applied for at your nearest PSPCL Sub-Division office or through the online portal at pspcl.in. Once a domestic connection is issued, the free units subsidy applies automatically from the first bill.
