The RRB NTPC UG CBT 2 admit card 2026 is out. The Railway Recruitment Boards opened the e-call letter link for CEN 07/2025 on 13.09.2026. The second-stage computer based test for the four undergraduate posts is on one day only, 17.09.2026, and you log in with your registration number and date of birth.

Nineteen of the 21 zones have published a shortlist count. Between them they called 39,605 candidates for 2,633 posts, and every one of them called close to 15 candidates per vacancy, the ratio the notification sets. So about one candidate in fifteen sitting CBT-2 on Thursday will get a post. Your CBT-1 marks only got you shortlisted. Merit now depends on CBT-2.

CBT-2 paper pattern and qualifying marks

CBT-2 has 20 more questions than CBT-1 and the same 90 minutes. Half of the extra questions are General Awareness.

Ratios slightly above 15.00 most likely come from candidates tied on the cut-off score, because shortlisting is done community by community. For comparison, RRB Ahmedabad’s CBT-1 cut-off for Commercial cum Ticket Clerk was 75.75 for UR, 71.55 for OBC, 71.00 for EWS, 67.66 for SC and 60.52 for ST, out of 100 normalised marks.

Exam day checklist for 17 September

  1. Log in to the e-call letter link with your registration number and date of birth, then download and print the CBT-2 admit card. Your reporting time and centre are on it.
  2. If your Aadhaar is not verified yet, verify it on rrbapply.gov.in before exam day. There is an Aadhaar-linked biometric check at the centre.
  3. Make sure your Aadhaar is unlocked in the UIDAI system. The notice asks for this even if you verified Aadhaar while applying.
  4. Take your original Aadhaar card, or an e-verified Aadhaar printout, along with the printed e-call letter.
  5. Check that the name, date of birth and photo on your Aadhaar match your Class 10 certificate. A mismatch can hold you up at registration.
