Preparation Tips
- PET first: Physical preparation should start alongside academics — running 1.6 km in 10 minutes takes consistent training, not last-minute effort
- CBT is Class 10 level — do not over-complicate; NCERT books for Class 9-10 are sufficient for Maths and Science
- GK section is the differentiator — candidates who follow current affairs consistently score higher here; read one newspaper daily or follow a reliable GK app
- Negative marking is 0.25 — attempt questions you are reasonably confident about; don’t skip too many, but don’t guess blindly either
- Trade test preparation: If applying for Driver-MT, ensure your driving skills are sharp — the trade test is qualifying and failure here ends your candidacy
