The maximum age is 32 years for Manager posts and 27 years for Junior Executive posts as on 07.09.2026. Age relaxation applies for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), PwBD and other eligible categories as per the official advertisement. The pay scale is Rs 60000-180000 for Manager posts and Rs 40000-140000 for Junior Executive posts. AAI also mentions approximate CTC of Rs 21 lakh per annum for Manager and Rs 14 lakh per annum for Junior Executive.

The qualification is different for each discipline. Civil and Electrical Manager posts need the relevant engineering degree with three years of post-qualification experience. 1. Open the AAI recruitment dashboard from the official link above.
2. Find Advt. No. 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT in the recruitment table.
3. Use the registration link once AAI activates it on or after 08.08.2026.
4. Select the correct post and complete the registration with personal, education and experience details.
