UPSSSC Cane Supervisor 2026 – 1182 Posts Apply 🟢 Active

UPSSSC has notified Ganna Parvekshak (Cane Supervisor) recruitment 2026 with 1,182 posts: 1,000 Cane Supervisor and 182 Cane Supervisor (Special). Online applications run from 7 July to 28 July 2026 on upsssc.gov.in, and the fee is a token ₹25 for every category. This is a mains-stage recruitment, so only UPSSSC PET qualified candidates can apply. Last updated: 09.07.2026.

Cane Supervisor is one of the better field posts UPSSSC fills: you work with the Cane Development Department coordinating between sugar mills and farmers on survey, indenting and payment records. For B.Sc Agriculture graduates who cleared PET, 1,182 posts in one advertisement is the biggest dedicated opening in years.

Eligibility

• Valid UPSSSC PET score (check the notification for which PET year’s scores are accepted for this advertisement).
• B.Sc in Agriculture from a recognised university.
• CCC certificate from NIELIT.
• Age 21 to 40 years as on the cut-off date, with standard UP relaxations.

All three requirements are hard filters. A B.Sc (general science) degree does not qualify; it must be Agriculture.

Selection process

PET score shortlists candidates for the mains written exam. The mains is an objective paper testing agriculture subject knowledge (with weight on sugarcane cultivation, plant protection and agricultural economics), general knowledge of UP, and reasoning, followed by document verification. Final merit comes from the mains exam. The detailed subject list will be in the exam scheme annexure of the official notification; download it from the UPSSSC site and build your preparation around the actual annexure rather than coaching guesses.

2. Log in with your PET registration credentials.
3. Fill the form, confirm your PET details auto-populate correctly, and enter your B.Sc Agriculture and CCC details.
