UPSRTC Conductor 2026 – Kanpur Region, 59 Posts 🟢 Active

UPSRTC has opened Bus Conductor recruitment 2026 for the Kanpur region: 59 posts across Kanpur Nagar, Kanpur Dehat, Fatehpur and Unnao depots. Applications run on the UP Sewayojan (Rojgar Sangam) portal from 6 July to 14 July 2026, and there is no application fee for any category. Last updated: 09.07.2026.

These are outsourcing-basis conductor positions, the same model UPSRTC has used region by region this year — Varanasi and Jhansi regions had their rounds in June. If you are in any of these four districts with a 10+2 and CCC certificate, the entry cost here is genuinely just your time.

Eligibility

• 10+2 (Intermediate) passed from any recognised board.
• CCC certificate from NIELIT. This is mandatory, not optional; applications without CCC get rejected in scrutiny.
• Age 18 to 40 years, with relaxation as per UPSRTC norms.
• Priority districts are Kanpur Nagar, Kanpur Dehat, Fatehpur and Unnao since posting is at these depots.

What the job involves

Conductors on outsourcing basis handle ticketing on UPSRTC routes, work with the electronic ticketing machine, and are paid on a per-kilometre / per-duty structure set by the corporation. It is contractual, not a permanent government post, but UPSRTC has historically given outsourced conductors first consideration when regular vacancies open. Read the region’s notification for the exact remuneration terms before you decide.

1. Register on the Rojgar Sangam portal: sewayojan.up.nic.in. Aadhaar-linked mobile is needed for OTP.
2. Complete your job-seeker profile: education (add your 10+2 and CCC), personal details and district.
3. Search for the UPSRTC Conductor vacancy under private/outsourced jobs for the Kanpur region and click apply.
4. Submit and note the acknowledgement. There is no fee step.
5. Watch for the interview/document verification schedule from the regional office. Carry originals: 10+2 marksheet, CCC certificate, Aadhaar, and passport photos.

One practical warning: Sewayojan profiles with incomplete education entries silently fail vacancy matching. Fill the CCC entry under skills/qualifications before applying, otherwise the portal may not show you the vacancy at all.
