The HP HIMCARE Scheme 2026 provides cashless hospitalisation coverage of ₹5 lakh per family per year to Himachal Pradesh residents who are not covered under the central Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY scheme. This includes families with annual income between ₹1.8 lakh and ₹3 lakh, BPL families not in Ayushman Bharat list, MNREGA workers, and registered construction workers. Apply at himcare.hp.gov.in. - Himachal Pradesh domicile holder
- Not covered under AB-PMJAY (Ayushman Bharat)
- Categories covered: BPL families, MNREGA workers, registered construction workers, families with income ₹1.8L–₹3L, police personnel below inspector rank, state government employees below Group A

- Enter family ID and Aadhaar details
- Pay the annual premium (₹365 to ₹1,825 depending on category)

- Use at any empanelled government or private hospital in HP
