How to download the call letter
- Choose General, DEPR or DSIM from the direct-link table. Do not use another cadre’s login.
- Enter the registration or roll number and the password or date of birth requested by the portal.
- Complete the security code and open the call letter.
- Check your name, photograph, cadre, date, shift, reporting time and venue.
- Download the PDF and print a clear copy. Keep a second copy in case the first one is damaged.
Documents required at the exam centre
Carry the printed admit card with a recent photograph affixed if the call letter asks for one. Bring the original valid photo identity proof named in the instructions and a photocopy of the same document. The name on the identity proof should match the call letter. Also read the cadre-specific information handout because the General, DEPR and DSIM papers do not have the same structure.
| Document | Instruction |
|---|---|
| Printed call letter | Carry the cadre-specific call letter downloaded from the official route. |
| Photo identity proof | Carry original photo ID as required by the examination instructions. |
| Photograph | Keep a recent photograph available if the call letter instructions require it. |
Important exam-day instructions
- Reach the venue by the reporting time printed on the call letter.
- Do not carry a mobile phone, smartwatch, calculator, notes or another prohibited electronic device.
- Follow the photograph, identity proof and scribe instructions applicable to your candidature.
- Check both shifts on the single Phase-II admit card before leaving for the centre.
| Check | Action |
|---|---|
| Reporting time | Reach the centre by the reporting time printed on the call letter. |
| Entry check | Follow identity, frisking and prohibited-item instructions at the venue. |
| Exam material | Carry only items permitted by the official examination instructions. |
If the admit card does not open
First confirm that you selected the correct cadre link and entered the same credentials generated during registration. Try the portal again after clearing the browser cache or using an updated browser. A temporary server error does not mean that the call letter has been withdrawn. If the problem continues, use the candidate grievance facility at cgrs.ibps.in and mention RBI Officers in Grade B DR, the cadre and Panel Year 2026 in the query.
| Problem | Safe action |
|---|---|
| Login error | Open the RBI recruitment page and retry the relevant cadre route. |
| Expired session | Do not reuse an old session URL; start from the official page. |
| Missing record | Check the cadre and Phase-II eligibility before contacting the helpdesk. |
Authenticity check
The release date, cadre-wise exam dates and all three candidate logins were checked against the RBI Opportunities notice dated 15.07.2026. SarkariResult was used only to identify the update; the links above point to RBI or its authorised IBPS registration system. Global Drishti did not have another RBI Grade B 2026 page, so this post is a new admit-card spoke rather than a duplicate. Follow RBI Grade B Phase 2 Admit Card 2026 updates for any later notice.
