
The UP Bal Seva Yojana 2026 (Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana) provides ₹4,000 per month to children in Uttar Pradesh who have lost both parents or whose only surviving parent cannot support them. Eligibility
- Child residing in Uttar Pradesh
- Both parents deceased (orphan) OR single surviving parent unable to provide support
- Age below 18 years at time of application
- UP domicile
How to Apply
- Visit mahilakalyan.up.nic.in
- Or submit application at the nearest District Probation Office or Child Welfare Committee
- Guardian submits application with death certificates and child’s documents
- Verified by DCPU (District Child Protection Unit)
- Monthly support starts after approval
