The UPSSSC Lekhpal Result 2026 cut off was published on 11.09.2026 for Advertisement No. 02-Exam/2025. This is not the final selection. It is the list of 28,409 candidates called for document verification against 7,994 Lekhpal posts, shortlisted on their marks in the written mains exam held on 21.05.2026.
If your roll number is on this list, clearing the cut-off is not enough on its own. You have to upload your certificates yourself between 15.09.2026 and 29.09.2026. The Commission’s notice of 15.09.2026 says candidates who don’t upload by then will not be considered for selection, and nobody gets a second window for any reason, technical problems included.
Category-wise cut-off marks
The cut-off sheet is signed by the Commission’s Secretary and dated 11.09.2026. It has two tables, one for vertical reservation and one for horizontal. Most people look at the unreserved figure first, but the lowest cut-offs are in the horizontal table.

| OBC | 55.75 |
| EWS | 55.25, half a mark below OBC |

| Scheduled Tribe | 44.00 |
| Women (horizontal) | 49.25 |
| Dependants of freedom fighters | 34.25 |

| Divyangjan, hard of hearing (HH) | 30.75 |
| Divyangjan, one arm (OA) | 43.25 |

| Divyangjan LC, Dw, AAV and MD, and outstanding sportspersons | No cut-off. Every available candidate in these groups has been shortlisted |
| Divyangjan groups (a) and (d) | No posts advertised |

| Login | Your registration number for this advertisement, then an OTP sent to your registered mobile or email |
| Photo | Recent colour photo, 50 KB to 100 KB, jpg or jpeg, light background, face covering at least 75% of the frame, neutral expression |

What 28,409 shortlisted candidates means for 7,994 posts
The notice gives both figures but never sets one against the other. We did the division.
| Measure | Working from the notice’s figures |
|---|---|
| Candidates per post | 28,409 divided by 7,994 comes to about 3.55. So a little over one in four shortlisted candidates can get a post |
| Candidates beyond the vacancies | 20,415 more names than posts |
| General to ST gap | 14.75 marks, from 58.75 down to 44.00 |
| Women’s cut-off | 9.50 marks below the unreserved line |
| OBC against EWS | OBC closed half a mark higher than EWS, 55.75 against 55.25 |
| Time from exam to shortlist | 113 days, from the mains on 21.05.2026 to the result on 11.09.2026 |
The Commission printed this in bold: being on this list gives you no claim to final selection. Selection depends on whether the certificates you upload actually support the eligibility and reservation you claimed.
- Open the results page linked above and enter your details to see whether your roll number is shortlisted.
- Collect your marksheets, certificates and category and reservation certificates before you log in, and scan each qualification into a single PDF between 200 KB and 2 MB.
- Log in to the document upload page with your registration number and the OTP.
- Upload the photo and every document, check each file opens clearly, then enter the verification code and press Submit.
- Download the Print Form and keep it. Do this well before 29.09.2026 rather than on the last day.
