- New business (first-time entrepreneur)
- Viable business plan required
How to Apply
- Visit nearest District Industries Centre (DIC) in Gangtok, Namchi, Mangan, or Gyalshing
- Submit business proposal with required documents
- DIC evaluates and forwards to the State Level Bankers Committee
- Loan sanctioned through nationalised bank; subsidy credited by state government
