Eligibility
- Permanent resident of Arunachal Pradesh (indigenous and non-indigenous)
- BPL families: free enrollment
- Others: nominal annual premium
- Aadhaar and Arunachal domicile required
How to Enroll
- Visit the nearest Community Health Centre, District Hospital, or Gram Panchayat office
- Get a health card issued by the designated officer
- Card can also be issued at Common Service Centres (CSC) in Arunachal
- Use the card at any empanelled hospital — no cash required for covered procedures
