Eligibility
- Pattadar (land-owning) farmers of Telangana
- Land must be registered in farmer’s name in revenue records
- Both small and large farmers eligible — no upper land limit
- Tenant farmers and landless labourers are not eligible
- Beneficiary must have Aadhaar-linked bank account
