Eligibility
- Permanent resident of Rajasthan
- Free for: BPL, SECC-2011 identified families, small and marginal farmers, MNREGA workers, EWS, contractual employees, and COVID-19 relief families
- ₹850/year for: All other Rajasthan families who register themselves
- Entire family covered under one registration
How to Register
- Visit chiranjeevi.rajasthan.gov.in
- Log in through SSO ID (create one at sso.rajasthan.gov.in if not registered)
- Select Chiranjeevi Yojana and click on registration
- Enter Jan Aadhaar card number
- Pay ₹850 (for non-BPL families) through net banking or UPI
- Policy generated immediately — use the e-card at any empanelled hospital
