Eligibility
- Small and marginal farmers who own cultivable land (up to 2 hectares)
- Land must be in the name of the farmer or family member
- All Indian states and UTs covered
- Landholding must be as per land records (not disputed)
Who is NOT Eligible
- Institutional land holders
- Former or current constitutional post holders
- Current or retired central/state government employees (class III and above)
- Income tax payers
- Doctors, engineers, lawyers, CAs and other professionals
- Retired pensioners receiving above ₹10,000/month
How to Check Your Installment Status
- Visit pmkisan.gov.in
- Click on Beneficiary Status
- Enter Aadhaar number, account number, or mobile number
- Your payment history and pending installment status will appear
eKYC — Mandatory to Receive Payments
eKYC is mandatory. Without completing eKYC, your installment will be withheld even if you are registered. Do eKYC at pmkisan.gov.in using OTP on Aadhaar-linked mobile, or through biometric at any CSC centre. After successful eKYC, payments are restored from the next installment.
